The whole experience was enjoyable. The hotel was perfectly clean and stylish, loved it. The staff was attentive and efficient. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fantastic.

The hotel was perfectly clean and 1st class, had incredible views at sunset. Greatly enjoyed the brand-new guest room with a modern design. The property had a central location and it was an easy walk to Ferry Terminal. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and generous, variety of options.

Everything was excellent and fairly clean, I enjoyed staff and location. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant on 1st floor.

Breakfast was plentiful, great views, unbeatable location near restaurants, the lake front, pedestrian zone. Well-stocked and contemporary room, had a really nice stay in the next visit.

Everything was very good, loved our perfectly pleasant stay. The restaurant was fabulous for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes.

Hotel was affordable, excellent services, and it had exceptional location right in front of the lake. The rooms with large bathroom as well as shower.

I loved the riverside location, unforgettable view, extra big rooms. I booked a room with a lovely bed, coffee, air conditioning and hairdryer. My experience at this charming small hotel was incredible.

The stay was terrific. Hotel decor was excellent, I appreciated fab staff and location. Centrally based in a busy area. Comfortable bedrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Fun stay, we were there for 4 days. They provided lots of amazing choices for breakfast that was included. Stayed in satisfactory superior queen room with great views, large bathroom.

The place was casual and restaurant was awesome. Got themed, silent room with a view-breathtaking. And the little extra touches like blinds, electric outlets and buzzer was a treat, staff was very cheerful. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 700 feet of the venue.

Would go back in flash and can recommend it.

Well managed place to stay whilst in Bellagio. It was magical room, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Very attentive staff, they kept the venue clean enough. Recently renovated hotel in a brilliant position.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Exceptional service, consistently courteous staff, nice hot breakfast. The location was just wonderful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a scenic park. Stunning area. Private parking nearby was available when we stayed: D

Spend our time here NICEly. We had a room with lake views. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Mazzini bus stop.

The breakfast was nice and presented in the restaurant. Hotel has a great location. A view of the lake from our window...
